One new thing I'm trying to do along with my exercise is to take some time either right before or after to focus on my breath and meditate. I did it tonight after yoga and it really felt great. I recommend it.
If you want to track your exercise progress, click on the link to go to a chart where you can type your name in and then add an X to indicate you exercised that day. Anyone can edit the chart, no need to sign in or have an account. Just be sure to save the document after you edit it. Feel free to use the spaces below your name to write in your excuses for not exercising so you can track those as well (and then maybe it will help you think about how to accommodate for your special circumstances so you'll be sure to be happy with how much you are exercising). I'm only suggesting this as it is something I am doing.
